Grupo VerdeAzul, one of Panama’s largest property development and management companies, is the developer of the World Jewelry Hub.
Grupo VerdeAzul is a holding company that owns and operates real estate and hospitality assets, invests in venture capital, manages a substantial portfolio of liquid and illiquid assets and acts as the family office for Mr. Alberto Vallarino.
Some of the companies owned by GVA include Buenaventura Development Corporation, a real estate development on the Pacific coast of Panama, Bristol Hospitality Group, a holding company for hotel properties, and PTL Trucking, a logistic firm dedicated to the national freight transportation.
The company is an investor in the Santa María Business District, where the World Jewelry Hub is located. It is a business park in a prime setting that is close to Tocumen International Airport, the hub of the Americas.
